When parenting goes wrong what do the children do

Most of the children need a lot of patience and great wisdom with special care when their parents split. In some of the cases it can very well be devastating for the child and can sometimes affect his future in many negative ways. Many couples ask their own parents or some of the relatives to look after their own children for a short period of time, while they sort out their own finances and emotions. Parenting can be like that sometimes.

All the children are very intelligent, wise and sensitive to family relationships, although a lot of adults are willing to consider the children to be stupid and naïve because of their age. Sometimes the children may be unable to communicate their own thorough observations with the adult language and speech and may end up being ignored or often ridiculed if they try. Severe traumas can appear this way .

The children often communicate with their so called symptoms. Marriage counseling, family therapy and relationship coaching can interpret these signals. Parenting in these cases should always focus on the children first. Two adults may decide to end their relationship, the child should never be forgotten in this instance . Concerns have been raised about the effects of separation and the kid's perception of the custody process. Many children end up feeling guilty and victimized at the same time.

However, in most families with problems of this kind, the communities and courts seem to support the biological mothers and deny support or custody to biological or substitute fathers. This is the way it has always been and perhaps this is why there is usually so much bitterness in this process.

When parents do not fulfill all the parental responsibilities, or sometimes simply do not have the energy to love their children as one of the substitutes for the other relationships, their children may suffer emotional entanglements that affects drastically the child's perspectives

All the parents have a degree of responsibility towards the raising of the child. When one of the parents is absent or dead, the other one is so much immature, and very lost and lonely. When a parent is irresponsible or childish and cannot provide mature guidance for the situation in the house, the situation goes critical. The parent always loves the child, but it has trouble showing it. This sort of parenting is simply unacceptable as it will inflict heavy trauma on the young mind.

Parenting is not always a walk in the park and all parents should have a very strong sense of priorities when it come to their children.
